The 2021 Chardonnay was aged half in French oak barrels and half in stainless steel tanks. The wine was stirred on the lees and then blended, making it a smooth, crisp and even Chardonnay that is immensely pleasing to the palate. The 2021 vintage has hints of apple and pear on the nose. It boasts a creamy finish and pleasing texture, with just a hint of French oak on the back of the palate.
